Summary

Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery, including change of mind.
Returns are free. There is no restocking fee, no return shipping cost and no handling charge.
Approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method.

1. Return window

You may request a return and a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is the date your access and activation information is provided to you by email.

2. Returns are accepted for any reason

We accept returns for defective products.

Defective or incorrect products are accepted:

The access or activation information does not work and we cannot supply a working replacement.
The product delivered does not match the product or subscription term you purchased.
The product is materially different from its description.
The order was duplicated because of a payment or checkout error.

3. How to start a return

Email contact@caddiscounts.com with your order number. There is no form to complete and no account to create. We reply within one business day and confirm your refund in writing.

4. Return method and return shipping

All products sold on CADdiscounts are delivered digitally. There is nothing to ship back to us and no return shipping is required, so you never pay any return cost of any kind.

Once your return is approved we refund you in full. Please stop using the software and remove any local installation from your device.

5. Fees

Restocking fee: none.
Return shipping fee: none.
Processing or handling fee: none.

You receive 100% of the price you paid.

6. Refunds

Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. We will tell you the date the refund was issued so you can follow it up with your bank if needed.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

8. Where this policy applies

This policy applies to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Your statutory rights are in addition to this policy and are never reduced by it. Our 30-day return window is longer than the statutory minimum in every country we serve. Customers in Australia keep their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
